Job Responsibilities

1. Camp Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety.
  • Maintain records of camp residents, including arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor utilities like water, electricity, and waste management.
  • Liaise with management and report operational issues or needs.

2. Staff Supervision & Coordination

  • Supervise camp personnel, including housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and security teams.
  • Schedule and assign duties to staff for efficient operation.
  • Conduct training sessions on safety, hygiene, and camp rules.
  • Address and resolve staff grievances or conflicts.

3. Accommodation & Welfare

  • Ensure proper allocation and maintenance of living quarters.
  • Maintain hygiene and sanitation in dormitories, kitchens, and common areas.
  • Address complaints and requests from camp residents.
  • Ensure medical and emergency facilities are available.

4. Food & Catering Management

  • Oversee kitchen and dining services, ensuring quality meals are provided.
  • Monitor food inventory, procurement, and storage to prevent shortages or waste.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.

5. Health, Safety & Security

  • Enforce safety procedures and emergency protocols (fire drills, first aid, evacuations).
  • Coordinate with security personnel to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

6. Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Manage camp supplies, including food, cleaning materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement of necessary items.
  • Maintain records of inventory usage and costs.

7. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Monitor camp expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.
  • Provide reports on budget utilization and operational costs.

8. Emergency Response & Crisis Management

  • Prepare for and respond to emergencies such as medical issues, security threats, and natural disasters.
  • Ensure first aid and emergency contacts are readily available.
