We are looking for a super-energetic member who is eager to work in Qatar, Doha as a Female Barista. If you have past work experience in the related sector, then that will be a plus. your job requirements will be:

• MUST HAVE an Original and valid passport.
• MUST HAVE an Updated CV.
• MUST HAVE a Good Conduct Certificate.

Job Responsibilities

• Training and Learning: Staying updated on coffee trends, participating in training sessions, and mastering new techniques or recipes.
• Preparing Beverages: Crafting coffee and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Operating Equipment: Using coffee machines, grinders, and other tools to prepare drinks while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the workspace, equipment, and dining area clean and organized to comply with health regulations.
• Handling Transactions: Managing cash registers, processing payments, and providing correct change.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels for coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and assisting with restocking as needed.
• Upselling and Recommendations: Suggesting menu items to customers and promoting specials or seasonal products.
• Team Collaboration: Working with other staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
